To give you an insight amongst the beer they brew, my choice would be “Seasonal Beers”. The reason being that, seasonal brewing is an art form, a symphony of flavors orchestrated by the changing seasons. Each batch they craft is a celebration of nature’s bounty, inspired by the freshest ingredients available during that time of year. Whether it’s the crispness of a spring ale infused with floral hops, the warmth of a winter stout rich with roasted malts, or the zest of a summer IPA bursting with citrusy notes, their seasonal beers are a reflection of the vibrant tapestry of flavors nature has to offer.

Raspberry wheat ale
Raspberry wheat ale beer is a delightful fusion of traditional wheat beer with the sweet and tart flavors of raspberries. The color ranges from pale yellow to pinkish-red, influenced by the amount of raspberry used. The clarity will be often hazy due to the wheat and fruit additions. Raspberry wheat ale has a strong aroma dominated by fresh raspberries Subtle malt sweetness and possibly mild esters from the yeast. The flavor of Raspberry is Prominent, providing tartness and sweetness, Wheat Adds a bready, slightly sweet base and Low to moderate bitterness from the hops. The alcohol content is around 4.0% to 5.5% ABV (Alcohol by Volume), though it can vary depending on the specific recipe. Raspberry wheat ales are known for their balance of fruitiness and wheat character, making them a popular choice, especially during warmer months. Scotch Ale
Scotch Ale, also known as “Wee Heavy,” is a traditional Scottish beer style known for its rich, malty profile and higher alcohol content. Usually, it’s in Deep amber to dark brown colour, scotch ale is Generally clear, with a substantial, creamy off-white to tan head. It gives Prominent caramel, toffee, and roasted malt notes aromas, Some versions may have a slight smokiness due to peat-smoked malt, though this is not a dominant characteristic in most traditional examples. Alcohol content typically ranges from 6.5% to 10% ABV, though some versions may be slightly lower or higher. It’s a classic example with rich malt flavors and a smooth finish. Scotch Ale is a wonderful style for those who appreciate rich, maltforward beers with complex flavors and a warming finish, perfect for sipping on cool evenings or pairing with robust foods.
Pineapple Ale
