Rain Check?
More like rain cheers!
Bangalore’s skies may be pouring, but so are we, generously, from the taps at High Brew.
While the city wades through its monsoon moods, we’ve turned our brewery into the perfect dry dock for beer lovers. Cozy up with our high cloud hefeweizen (still real, still dreamy) and ride out the rain with a brew in hand. Looking for a post-work refuge or a weekend beer-brunch? We’ve got you covered—literally.
Umbrellas optional, good company mandatory. This month, we’re brewing up a high haze hazy IPA (because breakfast beers are still the future) and a high order Belgian tripel that might just blow your gumboots off.
Rainy days call for bold sips and brighter spirits.
Come curious, leave a connoisseur.
— Cheers
THE POWER TRIO

The brewing world hasn’t had it easy. In 2024 alone, the UK lost over 100 breweries -most closing their doors for good, with only a few saved by last-minute mergers. Though figures for this year are still trickling in, the trend doesn’t seem to be reversing anytime soon.
Rising taxation, labour costs, energy prices, business rates and raw material shortages have all brewed a storm for the industry. The aftermath of Covid still lingers and in just the first three months of this year, nearly 350 pubs were shuttered or repurposed. The pressure on brewers is immense. But here’s the twist-demand for craft ale continues to rise. People still crave quality and creativity in every pour. And at High Brew, we believe that tough times call for the right partners.
Behind our bold brews and innovative experiences are two names we trust deeply: Prodeb and American Brew Works. From brewing and packaging equipment to end-to-end support, they’ve been the quiet strength powering our best work.
If you’re looking to scale, experiment or simply build a better brew, we can’t recommend them enough. In an industry that needs resilience and reinvention more than ever, we’re proud to stand alongside partners who deliver both.

MEET HIGH BREW BREWERY
Born in Bangalore. Brewed for the Bold.
If beer had a bucket list, High Brew in JP Nagar would be right at the top.
Located in Bangalore, High Brew is a full-bodied experience. A little bit pub, a little bit party, and a whole lot of passion, this is where hops meet high spirits. Think of it as your neighborhood beer spot, where cricket screenings turn strangers into teammates and DJ nights often end with new friends and empty pint glasses.
Inside, the taproom has clean lines and cool vibes, with a mezzanine that’s VIP seating for the brewing action. You can sip your beer while admiring fermenters at work, because let’s be honest, watching yeast do its thing is oddly satisfying.
And yes, there’s outdoor seating too. On breezy evenings, it’s the ideal spot to raise a toast to the Bangalore skyline or play spot-the-plane as jets cruise overhead. (We promise, the only turbulence here is from the dance floor.)
The team? Passionate, beer-obsessed, and always game for a good chat. Whether you’re a lager loyalist or a sour scout, they’ll point you to the pour that fits your vibe. They know their malts from their moods, and they’re not shy with recommendations.
But the real secret sauce? Behind the brews are industry legends Prodeb and American Brew Works, the brewing and packaging brains that keep our taps flowing and our beers top-tier. If it tastes like quality, that’s because it’s been brewed on the best.
So, whether you’re winding down after work, brunching like a boss or just chasing a damn good pour-High Brew’s got the glass raised for you.
Welcome, wink!

The Brewer Who Talks Beer Like It's Poetry
(&Drinks it Like It's Family)
We caught up with Aadi, the brains (and palate) behind your favorite brews, for what was supposed to be a technical rundown of our tap menu. What we got instead was a casual brewing knowledge, with his humor, honesty.

MUST TRY FLAVORS
High Cloud - Hefeweizen
Mood: Sunday sunshine, toes in grass, not a care in the world.
“This is a soft, wheat-based summer beer,” Adhi begins, “with aromas of banana, bubblegum, and clove.”
Yes, you read that right, banana and bubblegum. And somehow, it works. “It’s got the smoothest mouthfeel. Easy drinking. Perfect for hot days and chill moods.” Basically, this beer doesn’t ask you to think. It asks you to relax.

High Standard Contemporary German Lager
Mood: Clean, crisp, no-nonsense. The white T-shirt of beers.
“This one’s for people who know what they like: malty, low on bitterness and super refreshing.” It’s the beer that doesn’t interrupt the conversation, but subtly makes everything better.
Like good company or well-fitted jeans.
High Tide – Toddy, But Make It Craft
Mood: Beachside hammock with a Spotify lo-fi playlist.
“High Tide is our nod to toddy,” Aadi says, lighting up.
“It’s sweet, a little tangy, with a strong coconut aroma. Very tropical. Very relaxing.”
Drink it and instantly feel like you’ve just cancelled a meeting and booked a beach holiday

High Haze – Hazy IPA
Mood: Spontaneous road trip with your loudest friends.
This one’s Aadi’s personal favorite.
“Fruity, juicy, hazy… it punches but it hugs you after.”
It’s bold, but playful. A rebel with a crisp cause. If you’ve never had a hazy IPA before, start here and don’t look back.
High Order Belgian Triple
Mood: Looks sweet, but don't be fooled—it lifts.
“A classic Belgian monastery beer,” Adhi explains. “You’ll get raisins, bananas… it smells sweet, drinks smooth, but it’s strong.”
Like your nicest friend who also happens to be a black belt. Sneaky. Delightful. Dangerous (in a good way).

Highland Malt Scotch Ale
Mood: Spontaneous road trip with your loudest friends.
This one’s Aadi’s personal favorite.
“Fruity, juicy, hazy… it punches but it hugs you after.”
It’s bold, but playful. A rebel with a crisp cause. If you’ve never had a hazy IPA before, start here and don’t look back.
So… Which One’s His Favorite? Adhi’s recommendation
“I like High Haze and High Tide,” Adhi says. Then pauses.
“But really, I love all six. They ’re all my children.”
Spoken like a true brewer, equal parts artist and proud parent.
